In the 2002-2003 academic year, the Department of "Master" was established at the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute under the guidance of Rector Rahmanov Ravshan Rakhmonovich, Vice Rector Ruziev Rauf Akhmetovich. The normative documents on magistracy specialties of the institute are approved by the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan from July 24, 2008 "Improved state of the higher education directions and specialties" DTS and standard curricula approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 191 "On approval of educational standards and curricula", and DTS and standard curricula established in accordance with the updated classification. The Resolution of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of September 16, 2011 № 387 "On Approval of State Education Standards and Curricula for Higher Education Directions and Specialties Developed in accordance with the Updated Cataloging" confirmed by the order. On the basis of them, the working curricula of Master's specialties, syllabus, syllabus and working science programs were developed and agreed on with the cooperation with the TashPMI. In the period from 2006 to 2008 he worked as a head of the department at the magistracy Kodirov Kamol Namazovich. In 2008-2013, Dr. Ashurov Bakhshillo Sharopovich, in 2013, Dr.Jumayev Zafar, in 2014 headed by Karimova Dilorom and senior teacher Hasanov Shermamat Rakhmatullayevich, who had been working as a head teacher in 2014-2015, and achieved positive results.
In the institute, the quality and competitiveness of personnel training, provision of highly qualified specialists at the level of international standards of education, in accordance with the legislation and state educational standards in the magistracy department were initially established in 3 specialties, 2004-2015 In recent years, 566 master's degrees were trained in 10 specialties. 28 of them received scholarships. The Scientific and Educational Council of the Institute is the main body responsible for organizing the department's activity.
