On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the State Flag of the Uzbekistan Republic, The Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and enlightenment of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute Kurbanov Khurshid Raupovich was awarded the breast badge “Spiritual Devotion” for his exemplary work in creating a high social and spiritual environment.
Awarding ceremony was held at the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
