On November 20-21 this year at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan “Values Global Peace. A scientific-practical seminar on the theme “Social problems” was held. Among the attendees who took an active part in it were N. Tursunova, adviser to the rector for women’s affairs at Navoi State University, and O. Parpiboeva, chairperson of the Family and Women’s Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and of the Committee on Religious Affairs at Navoi State University. The Republic of Uzbekistan was awarded a diploma by Chairman S. Toshboyevlar.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
