The solemn event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held in the Palace of Culture “Farhod” of Navoi city. At the beginning of the event, Deputy Akim of the region Jamshid Khodjaev made a speech and congratulated the audience on the day of approval of our Komus. He told about our Basic Law, about the principles of humanity, freedom and justice laid down in it. Then a concert program was performed by artists of the Palace of Culture and the regional branch of the Philharmonic Society of Uzbekistan. The event was also attended by professors, teachers and students under the leadership of the Rector of Navoi State University, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
