On November 12 this year, an intellectual tournament “Discussion-Debate” for the “Governor’s Cup” among students of higher educational institutions of Navoi region in Uzbek, Russian and English languages was organized in the Youth Center. Fortunately, the team of Navoi State University took the first place in the debate tournament held in 3 languages (Uzbek, Russian, English) and won the Cup of Akim of the region.
The aim of the competition is to educate young people with independent thinking and firm life position, to develop their abilities of system analysis, logical thinking and skillful discussion.
We congratulate our students on this success and wish them good luck in future tournaments!
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
