The beginning of the new millennium ,the XXI century will be the century of turning Uzbekistan into a great state and building a prosperous life which human rights is dominant for the Uzbek people. In this position , radical renewal and creative work of the public life in all fields are carried out consistently on a large scale. Contributing to the creation of the encouraging Uzbekistan is a huge responsibility for the children who live in their Motherland.
The second qualifying stage of the “ZAKOVAT” intellectual competition was held among the youth of the Faculty of Physics and technological education of the Institute in order to improve the knowledge of the students on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The students answered to each of the questions through their knowledge and skills. The combined team of the faculty was formed from students who participated actively in all teams. In the competition, which was rich in questions and answers, permission for the next stage was given to the four teams to continue competing.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
