The first day of the new academic year at the Faculty of Mathematics-Informatics and Physics-Technology of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute was greeted with a big celebration. At the beginning of the ceremony a military band performed the National Anthem live. Rector of the Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov congratulated the students who entered the student life and recognized that large-scale reforms have been implemented in the sphere of education in our country in recent years. He congratulated everyone on the new academic year, noting with satisfaction that a consistent policy to increase the coverage of youth with higher education, training of modern and competitive personnel has been carried out, and a lot of work has been done in this direction.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
