T. Choriev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Navoi State University, and university staff visited the “Language Training Center” in Tomdinsky district and familiarized themselves with its activities. The director of the center was given necessary consultations and proposals to eliminate the shortcomings identified as a result of the study, develop a targeted action plan to improve the center and ensure its effective operation.
A boarding school in the district was also inspected and its pupils were interviewed. They were informed about the latest developments in the education system and the wide range of opportunities created for young people.
“The Language Training Center in Tomdi district was established in 2019 on the initiative of our esteemed President. This center is located in the building of Tomdi boarding school (former Tomdi Agroeconomic College), and its material and technical base is financed by the “Higher Education Institutions Development Fund” of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, additionally – budgetary funds from Navoi State Pedagogical Institute for free education of youth of Tamdi district and “Higher Education Institutions Development Fund”. Navoi State University allocated 56 copies of 7 titles of English-language literature and 78 copies of 11 titles of Russian-language literature to the Center.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
