A creative meeting with the People’s Poet of Uzbekistan Usmon Azim was held in the hall of activists of the Institute. The main purpose of this was to fully convey to the minds of students the two concepts, combining literature and poetry, and to arouse in them a sense of involvement in the development of the Motherland.
This evening began with an introductory speech by the First Vice-Rector for Youth H. Kurbanov. H. Kurbanov commented on the role of Usmon Azim’s way of life and poetry in the formation of the worldview of young people, while a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, poet Shodmonqul Salom, Ph.D. A. Kholmurodov and other participants spoke about the uniqueness of the work of Usmon Azim, which is recognized as a special event in our poetry.
After that, a heated debate began between the guest of the round and the martyrs of poetry. All the questions of interest to the students were adequately answered by the poet.
