 The department of scientific research and training of scientific-pedagogical personnel is engaged in coordination and organization of the following activities at the university:

  • Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 24, 2012 No PF-4456 “On further improving the system of training and certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel”, Cabinet of Ministers “On postgraduate education” Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2012 No 365 “On measures to improve the system of education and certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel” Coordination of the implementation of the Resolution No. 371 “On the introduction of a rating system” at the faculties and departments;
  • Improving the efficiency and scope of training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, monitoring of ongoing research projects on the basis of projects of fundamental, practical, innovative programs, economic contracts, further strengthening the system of youth involvement in scientific and creative activities ;
  • Organization of integration of science with education and production (introduction of the obtained results into production), efficiency of research work. Implementation of research results in practice, monitoring their quality and effectiveness;
  • Control over the orientation of doctoral dissertations and business contracts to the problems of a single database of scientific and technological problems;
  • The state of training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, work with senior researchers and independent researchers;
  • Creation of scientific schools. Work with professors and teachers who regularly train scientific and pedagogical staff;
  • Results of published scientific works: monitoring of textbooks, scientific articles, monographs, licenses, patents and certificates of authorship.
