Moving students ‘ studies can also be done before the spring semester for the following explicable reasons:

-when moving to permanent residence from one territory to the second territory of the Republic;

-in connection with the marriage, when the spouse moves to a permanent place of residence;

-when the spouse or parents change the place of military service;

-when the parents (spouse) return from abroad on business.

-applying  for the transfer of studies is carried out  from the 20^th of December to the 20^th of January of the following year  every year;

– making decision after reviewing the application for the transfer of studies is carried out  from the 25^th of January to  the 15^th of February every year.

▪️ Applications are submitted to the admission committee of the institution of Higher education when the transfer of  the studying  within the same  institution of Higher education;

▪️ in other cases, it is assigned to territorial working groups, which are organized by the Ministry of Higher and secondary special education.
