Human beings increase their knowledge through education and training. As a result of using this knowledge in the labor process, labor productivity increases. This process, in turn, ensures the growth of the national economy. Through highly productive labor, a person’s wages and income increase and the quality of life improves. Personal interest in acquiring profound knowledge and high qualification motivates a person to further enrich his knowledge. Investments in education of an employee form his human capital and after a certain period bring benefit to its owner. A meeting was held at the Faculty of Physics and Engineering to discuss investment at NavSU. “Investments in education should justify themselves. The reason is that if there is no mutual benefit, our education system will not develop and there may not be growth. First of all, we believe that the state grant budget must be significantly increased to develop our education system. We can only make progress by creating a highly educated, spiritual, patriotic workforce and utilizing their intellectual potential. Therefore, the development of export of services should be our priority…” – said Prof. I. Kamolov.
