An exhibition “Ajab saodat erur chiqsa yaxshilik bila ot” was organized at the Regional Center for Spirituality and Education together with the Navoi regional khakimiyat, Department of Culture, Navoi State Pedagogical Institute together with teachers and students of the Uzbek Language and Literature and Art History faculties to the 583rd anniversary of the birth of the great thinker, poet and statesman, Hazrat Mir Alisher Navoi and a literary and artistic event was held.
At the beginning of the event, rector of the Institute, Professor Bahadir Sobirov made a speech in which he expressed his opinion about Navoi’s life and works, his rich spiritual heritage.
After that, the students of the Uzbek Language and Literature Faculty staged artistic performances and recited poems.
During the event, the art group “Ensemble Makom”, consisting of faculty members and students of the Faculty of Art History, performed songs.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
