Requirements for registration of an article in the scientific journal “Electronic Learning”

Requirements for scientific articles submitted to the scientific journal “Electronic Learning” are based on international standards and standards of the latest PhD research system in Uzbekistan. By setting such high standards, the magazine aims to help its authors gradually adapt to international standards. The topic of a scientific article submitted by the author (or authors) must correspond to one of the directions listed in the “Sections” heading of the scientific electronic journal “Electronic Learning”.

Articles should be based on empirical, case studies, literature analysis and commentary, theory, practice, methodology, professional scientific peer-review, and other descriptions.

An article in accordance with the requirements of international standards should contain the following specific points:

Article topic (Title)

The topic of the article should be short and concise, and it should clearly indicate the direction of research of the article.

Information about the author

This section includes the author’s name (with the father’s name), place and position, academic degree and title, e-mail address and contact numbers.

Abstract of the article

Brief abstracts of articles should not exceed 8-10 lines in Uzbek, Russian and English. It describes the research problem, its relevance, the methodology used to identify the research problem, the research results, a summary of the author’s scientific and practical contribution to the full content of the article.

Keywords

Keywords are pivotal words that describe the content and purpose of an article in the shortest possible time. On scholar.google.com or google.com, we recommend repeating each keyword 5-10 times on average in the body text so that it is easy to find on the very first pages.

Introduction

The introductory part mainly covers the research problem, its goals and objectives. This section explains the basis for choosing a research topic, its relevance and scientific significance (in this section, the works and reports of the President should be mentioned).

Literature review

Analysis of the relevant literature is the part that demonstrates the author’s knowledge and understanding of the problem under study. Analysis of the literature includes an assessment of the volume of the existing intellectual space and the creation of a specific map based on it. Attempts at a critical analysis of the literature reinforce knowledge of the subject and help clarify research questions. Basically, any research is based on prior knowledge in this area. The bibliography is based on recent journal articles and other sources of information in this area (articles on this topic can be found at www.scholar.google.com).

Research methodology

The research methodology is one of the most important parts of the research, it is the general research map, the research path and the mapping lines leading to the result. Research methodology means establishing a path that, based on rational decision-making, leads to a clear definition of the philosophy and direction of research (deduction or induction), research design, i.e. drawing up a master plan leading to solving a research problem, establishing ways to obtain the necessary information for research and research ethics, choosing an object of research, solving the use of primary or secondary data sources, problems for determining a research strategy (observation, experiment, case study, questionnaire, ethnographic, archival research, etc.) The perfection of the methodological part is demonstrated by substantiating the reliability and validity of the research approach.

Analysis and results

The analytical part of the study considers data collected using predefined analytical methods (mathematical models, etc.) in the research methodology. In this case, only the results of the analysis method are presented. The discussion of the results is the task of the next part of the article.

Conclusions / Recommendations

Understanding the purpose and objectives of the research and answering the research questions, general conclusions about the main results of the research and the general research process, as well as proposals and future directions of research based on the research, should form the basis of the conclusions and recommendations of the article.

This section reflects the literature used by the author in the following order [1], [2] or [3]:

author’s name, book title, publication address, publisher’s name, year, pages;

names of authors, titles of articles, titles of journals, editions, years, numbers, pages.
