The visit was attended by the president of the Malaysian University of Management and Science (MSU), professor Tan Sri Dato Wira Dr Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, vice-rector Puan Sri Datuk Dr Junainah Abd Hamid, as well as delegation representatives Dato Sh Huda engu Muda, Ali Khatibi, professor Indang Ariati, representative of the joint venture “Angkasa” Abu Ahmad Hasan and Said Aslanov.
Navoi State Pedagogical Institute hosted a meeting on further strengthening cooperation with Malaysia State University of Management and Science (MSU), joint educational programs. The governor of Navoi region Q.Tursunov, the vice – governor of the region Hasanov, rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute B.Sobirov, vice-rector D.Ruziyev, the Head of the Department of Social Sciences N.Safarova, Head of the Department of International Relations D.Jumaeva took part.
Proposals were made to open joint-educational courses such as “International Business”, “Accounting and Finance”, “Health and Pharmacy”, “Halal” Certification Center, “Software Engineering” based on Malaysia University of Management and Science and NavDPI agreements.
Also agreed on the exchange of scientific staff and students of both higher education institutions (including bachelors and Masters), academic data, materials and joint scientific publications. Within the framework of the meeting: information was given about the development of entrepreneurship in Navoi region, the types of activities carried out in the free economic zone and its opportunities.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
