On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an artistic event was held on the theme “Constitution is the legal foundation of the progress of New Uzbekistan” with the cooperation of the professors, the teachers and the tutors of the chair “National concepts, bases of spirituality and law education” of the faculty of history which organized in the chair under the auspices of the students of the course “Judicial and spiritual publicity” at the information resource center of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute on December 6, 2021.Vice-rector for Youth Affairs, X. Kurbonov and dean of the faculty of history, R.Karshiyev opened the entrance section at the event.
Specialists of the Administration of Justice, the incharge of employees of the Navoi regional juridical technical school and members of the club “Leaders of the future” emphasized in their speeches on the Constitution that under the leadership of the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Islom Karimov,the creation and adoption of new legality of the independent state, in which all sections and articles and chapters are aimed at protecting human interests comprehensively, restoring the national ceremonials of our independent homeland, ensuring national and religious ceremonials and freedom of religion, providing a strong surroundings in the family and determining using of national and cultural heritage wisely and fairly, improving the mutual cooperation, tolerance, teamwork, friendly relations among nations and nationalities, and realization of such good goals. Powerful students and the participants who answered to the quiz questions correctly as well as the other participants of the event were awarded by teachers of the chair of “National concepts, bases of spirituality”,G.Sultanova and F.Khudjakulova. Then, in the artistic part, the students demonstrated different literary, musical and theatrical performances based on the scenario they prepared themselves. At the end of the event, G.Sultanova and F. Khudjakulova expressed their special gratitude to the teachers who helped closely in the organization of the event and her students and the audience attended as well.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
