Together with the Imam Bukhari International Research Center and Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, a scientific seminar on “Modern Trends of Science” was held. Professor Bakhtiyor Toraev, Chief Advisor to the Director of Imam Bukhari International Research Center, Professor Nigora Safarova, Head of the Department of Social Sciences and other participants revealed the essence of philosophical thinking in the modern scientific system. The importance of synergetic methodology in the study of human intelligence and its adaptation in the conditions of rapid development of artificial intelligence, technical and technological processes in the digital society was substantiated. There was also an exchange of ideas on the concepts of linear and nonlinear development, as well as the formation of a system in a state of chaos. The seminar was attended by doctoral students and independent researchers.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
