A memorandum was signed between Navoi State University and Perlis University (Malaysia). The universities reached an agreement to organize a joint business incubator center, joint modernization of educational programs in the field of artificial intelligence and logistics. In addition, there will be an exchange of students and teachers.
The universities will also publish a joint journal “Joint journal”, indexed in the scientific database “Scopus”.
University Malaysia Perlis-UniMAP was founded on July 25, 2001 and has 10,662 students. Of these, 531 are international students. There are 14 faculties operating effectively. The university is ranked 801 in QS World University Rankings 2023 and 301-350 among the top Asian universities. The university specializes in information technology and electronic engineering and has state-of-the-art laboratories (clean room laboratories).
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
