Online meetings were held between Navoi State University and Universities of Utara and Science and Management of Malaysia on the issues of bringing cooperation to a new level and joint educational programs. The issues of exchange of students between the universities of the two countries, scientific internships of professors and teachers, professional development courses, as well as organization of summer schools together with the International Research Center for Islamic Scientific Heritage and Islamic Tourism named after Imam Bukhari were considered. Strategic and important scientific, educational, cultural and social issues such as dual education in economics, international business and management, student mobility, joint international scientific and practical projects in IT, publication of scientific articles in Scopus and Web of Science databases were agreed upon, and optimal options for joint implementation were considered.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
