Jamshid, grandson of Abdullah Avloni, rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, head of the Center for Nanotechnology Development at the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, a famous educator, talented poet and teacher, was part of the Forum of Central Asian Universities, which started at the New University of Uzbekistan in Tashkent. After the meeting with Avloni, an agreement was reached on the development of scientific research, implementation of scientific-innovative projects, establishment of cooperation with the Center for Development of Nanotechnologies.
Jamshid Avloni, candidate of chemical sciences, doctor of philosophy, engineer-chemist of polymers and nanotechnologies, was born in 1956 in Tashkent. He has gained extensive experience in the field of chemistry in the United States from 1991 to the present day. Since 2015, he has been working as a director of ConTex LLC in the United States. The scientist returned in 2018 with the purpose of applying his knowledge and experience in the development of our country. Now Jamshid Avloniy continues his work in the Center of Advanced Technologies of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
