In the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, the faculty of Uzbek language and literature held an international scientific-practical conference on the topic “Dialectological atlas of national values - an important source in the study of history”.
Candidate of philological sciences of the Institute of Linguistics named after Nasimi of the Republic of Azerbaijan, associate professor Khadicha Khaidarova, researcher of the institute Sevinch Safarova, as well as Bakhtiyor Mengliyev and Nizomiddin Makhmudov from the higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in the conference in an offline format, as well as in an online format. reached
During the conference, the integration of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan education system, cooperation, educational problems and their solutions were discussed.

The conference was divided into branches.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
