Rector of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, visited Karshi State University in order to further develop cooperation between higher education institutions, expand the scope of cooperation, and strengthen integration in educational-methodical and scientific-research directions.
The university has 13 faculties, 45 departments, 65 bachelor’s degrees, 26 master’s degrees, and 27 doctoral degrees. The university has 6 scientific councils, 1 scientific center, 9 scientific laboratories, 25 educational laboratories. The rector of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute got acquainted with the works, scientific and innovative projects, as well as the activities of the information resource center and its possibilities in the educational laboratories of the chemistry-biology, geography and agronomy faculties of the university. Students were informed about the activities of the “Registrar’s Office” service center. Here are the conditions created for students and employees.
Karshi State University is one of the largest and leading universities in Uzbekistan that supports a global approach to education and research. Karshi State University is a multidisciplinary university operating in a multi-level education system. Currently, the university is actively working with more than 70 foreign educational institutions, concluding cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding in the field of science and education.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
