In order to ensure the implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the wide celebration of the 1200th anniversary of the birth of Imam Termizi” from August 15, 2024 №. spiritual and educational event was held. Representatives of partner organizations – Navoi regional department of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, Tahir Roziev, chief imam of the region, Mustafa Eraliev, “Honored Coach of Youth of Uzbekistan”, honorary teacher, Fazliddin Muhammadkulov, executive director of the academic lyceum O Nasir The event was attended by leading specialist of Navoi regional branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan Jamshid Berdievlar.
At the beginning of the event, T.Roziev, the main Imamonen of Navoi region, spoke in detail about the life and scientific heritage of Imam Termizi, about the great contribution of scientists of the East and the Islamic world to human civilization. In addition, young students were given advice on good manners, perseverance on the path of knowledge, strength of relationship between teacher and student.
Dzhamshid Berdiyev, a leading expert of Navoi regional branch of the Union of Writers, shared his opinion on the importance of Imam Termizi’s scientific heritage today, as well as a review of a number of works by the scientist. At the end of the event, talented students of the lyceum recalled the teachings of Imam Termizi.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
