On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Salima Umarova, member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, honored journalist, poetess, and presentation of the 4-volume work of the selfless artist, an enlightening evening of literary book “My Love is the Motherland, My Beloved is the People” was held at the Center of Spirituality and Enlightenment in Navoi. A number of famous artists of our republic, writers and poets, relatives of the writer, students, students and literature lovers took part in it, and sincere opinions about the personality of Salima Umarova and her work were expressed.
Rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov took part in the creative evening, which turned into a literary holiday, congratulated Salima Umarova on her 70th birthday and presentation of her book, presented souvenirs.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
