A seminar was organized in the institute on the implementation of the KPI system

 In order to take high places in the national and international ratings, to evaluate and encourage the work of professors and teachers based on world standards, the system for determining the work efficiency of pedagogical staff – KPI (Key performance indicator) a seminar was organized on the experience of Termiz State University.

First, the rector of the institute, professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, met with the visiting experts from Termiz State University and talked about the activity, results and scientific potential of the university. Also, opinions were exchanged regarding the introduction of the KPI system, its role in improving the efficiency and quality of education.

After that, experts and responsible managers of Termiz State University gave explanations to professors, teachers, heads of departments and employees about the work to be carried out on the introduction of KPI indicators and the expected results in the future.
