А. Jalilov, head of the Navoi regional branch of the Navoi Regional Movement “Yuksalish” (chairman of the public opinion party) and A. Zoraev, deputy chairman of the Navoi Regional Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, visited the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. Rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov received the guests and discussed issues of strengthening mutual cooperation in solving environmental problems, harmonious cooperation with young environmental scientists and students.
Rector Mukhiddin Kalonov expressed the opinion that the institute has a clear strategy in this regard. As noted, the ecology of Navoi region is different from other regions. That is why proposals were made to create scientific and innovative developments to prevent environmental crisis, and it was decided to prepare a memorandum of cooperation. They also agreed to hold a forum and events in cooperation with the university and the party to improve environmental culture, continue scientific research in the field of ecology, increase the attitude of young people to nature.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
