On August 30 of the current year, according to the order of the Minister of Defense from April 19, 2024 № 314 “On approval of the Regulations on the organization of educational and ideological work in the troops of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan” week every Friday as part of the “Day of spiritual uplift and patriotism” with the participation of servicemen and staff of the Armed Forces, dedicated to the thirty-third anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the “Month of Independence” held a spiritual and educational event based on the idea of “Unite – our country”. At this event, under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel A. Muydinov, head of the Navoi provincial Department of Defense Affairs and chairman of the Navoi provincial branch of the Association of Combat Veterans and Disabled Veterans, the event was organized by the Association of Combat Veterans and Disabled Veterans of Uzbekistan.
Mamasoli Rabbimovich Oralov of Uzbekistan, employee of the “Memorial Museum of Victims of Repressions” NavDPI, history teacher Saibov Dilshod Kamiljonovich, in his lecture in 1937-1953 more than 100 thousand representatives of our people were unjustly listened to and sent into exile by the authoritarian regime. Among them, prominent state and political figures were victims of repressive policies. Factual information about the execution of 13 thousand of our compatriots and information about the acquittal of more than 1200 victims of political repressions by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021-2024 were also mentioned.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
