Vali Turakulov, Director of the Navoi branch of the Republican Center for Training and Specialization of Secondary Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers, Head of the Department of General Medical Sciences (PhD) of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, and Javlobek Berdigulov, Assistant of the Department, visited Vitebsk State Medical University. They were welcomed by Denis Nikolayevich, Vice-Rector for International Relations of Vitebsk State Medical University.
During the visit they discussed bilateral mutual educational programs, practical processes, teachers’ pedagogy, student exchange and academic mobility. The visit resulted in the exchange of memorandums signed by the Rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov and the Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Alexey Chukanov.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
