The opening ceremony of the exhibition “Free Art” was held at the “Art Gallery” in Navoi, organized by the Association of Artists of Uzbekistan, the Department of Culture of Navoi Region, and Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.
Artworks created by professors and teachers of the Faculty of Fine Arts, as well as members of the Association of Artists of Uzbekistan, including Sherzod Choriyev, Furqat Aslonov, Obid Qodirov, and students specializing in the field of stage painting, were showcased during the event. A fashion show was also held as part of the festival.
The officials of the Association of Artists of Uzbekistan, the representatives of Navoi Region, the institute’s administration, faculty members, students, and media representatives participated in the ceremony.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
