By theorder of the minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Narzikulova Dilnoza Khoshimjonovna was appointed to the position of vice-rector for Scientific work and innovation of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.Dilnoza Narzikulova was born in Samarkand in 1984. Higher education: in 2005 she graduated from The Bachelor’s degree of Samarkand State Institute of foreign languages, in 2007 she graduated from the master’s degree of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute and in 2018 graduated from the base doctorate of the same institute.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor.
Before this appointment, she worked appointment, held the position of head of the Department of “general pedagogy and psychology” of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.
