14 February-Birthday of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, successor of the great Timurid dynasty, founder of the Baburid dynasty, Shah and poet, historian.
In connection with this historical date, the Department of Uzbek Linguistics of NavSPI published a book “kindness desires the soul… “a literary and artistic event was held.
At the beginning of the event, the first vice-rector Kh. Kurbanov, deputy chairman of the department of warriors-veterans of Navoi region A. Karimov made a speech, in which he presented his scientific reflections on the life and work of Babur.
This was followed by musical and compositional performances by students of the Uzbek Language and Literature Faculty based on Babur’s Gazals, dances, stage performances, and performed rubai.

The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
