A working group headed by the Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Science and Innovation Khakimov Rakhimjon Rasuljonovich visited the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. Representatives of the working group headed by the Deputy Minister were informed about the work and achievements of the Institute in recent years in the field of teaching methods, spirituality, enlightenment and research. Within the framework of the activities of the Museum of Repression Victims, historical manuscripts, repressed people and materials on the period of repressive policy were reviewed. Rahimjon Rasuljonovich, under the leadership of the students of the institute, proposed to increase the number of drawings of the period of repression and to increase the income of students by creating a “mobile shop” and selling some of them.
After that, the working group studied the activities of a modern information resource center, which includes 18,388 titles, 116,777 printed books and 12,238 electronic textbooks, as well as the conditions created in the dormitories. Representatives of the working group visited TTJs 1-2 and 4 of the institute. He interacted with the students who lived there. During the study at the TTJ, it was noted that the institute provides opportunities for students, in particular, 5 initiative rooms, which provide meaningful leisure time, and artificial turf sports fields.
Accompanied by the institute’s management, the Deputy Minister inspected a 950-seat construction site on the territory of the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education, where construction is underway.
