From November 15 to December 15 of this year, the “Fire Safety Month” was announced around the Republic. The staff of the Navoi Emergency Department is carrying out a number of propaganda activities. An advocacy event was held today with students of English and Literature and Foreign Language faculties. It was attended by students, professors and tutors of the faculties. Students were informed that there have been many cases of industrial gas poisoning in the country recently, as a result of the cold snap, the use of various faulty, non-standard heating devices or non-compliance with fire safety regulations. The participants of the event were shown a video.
At the end of the event, a demonstration session was held with students on the technical and tactical capabilities of fire trucks and emergency response, as well as firefighting equipment.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
