What is the procedure for the resettlement and restoration of students in higher education institutions?

Transfer and restoration of student education “On the procedure for transfer, restoration and expulsion of students of higher educational institutions”, approved by Government Decree No. 393 of June 20, 2017, is carried out in accordance with the Regulations;
Transfer and accommodation of students of foreign higher educational institutions within the competence of the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Applications from foreign countries for the transfer of education to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan of persons who studied in non-accredited higher educational institutions or their branches will be rejected;
In accordance with the resolution, citizens can contact the Regional Working Group organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation from July 15 to August 5, 2024;

What documents are required from citizens wishing to transfer studies?

1. Application for transfer (restoration) indicating the direction (specialty), language and form of study (university and direction of study (in the application) specialization), forms of study, non-attendance at targeted admission, reasons for moving (restoration), familiarization with the rules of moving ( recovery);
2. Copies of the assessment book or academic certificate in the prescribed form;
3. Copy of your passport.
✅ Transfer and restoration of students in the relevant and related areas of higher education and in the relevant specialties within the same higher education institution is carried out on the basis of the order of the rector of the higher education institution;
✅ Transfer of students of foreign universities studying in the magistracy to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not allowed;

How to apply for Master's degree and translation

How many specialties can applicants choose this year?

When entering educational areas, entrance examinations are carried out on the basis of full tests; up to 5 educational areas with the same set of subjects and the same sequence of subjects can participate in the competition.
When applying to areas of education that include a professional (creative) exam as part of the entrance examination, only one area of ​​education can participate in the competition.

How many subjects are in the university entrance exams?

For the 2024/2025 academic year, entrance exams to higher educational institutions of the republic will be conducted on the basis of full tests in 2 subjects.
The composition of entrance exams for educational areas requiring special talents will be reduced to a minimum, taking into account the characteristics of educational areas. It is taken into account that applicants come to take the exam once.
In addition to tests, entrance exams for areas of study in which a professional (creative) exam is taken are conducted on the basis of a test in one subject and a professional (creative) exam in one subject.
The Ministry of Education and Science has developed methodological recommendations for organizing professional (creative) exams in universities for the 2024/2025 academic year.

What is the order of the professional (creative) exams?

The applicant must come to the exam with his personal passport and permission from the applicant;
The creative exam takes from half an hour to an hour per applicant;
exams are conducted under full video surveillance, video recording of examination processes is carried out;
The exam results will be published on the official websites of the respective universities.
