Among the students of the Faculty of English Language and Literature of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute it was said: “when we are united-we are one people, when we are united-we are the Motherland! within the framework of the project “Marathon of Spirituality”, based on the idea of “our national cuisine – culinary championship” was held.
In it, under the guidance of the faculty leadership, teachers and faculty, students cooked pilafs in 21 cauldrons-oven. The variety of tasty pilafs from each other was evaluated by the institute’s management and jury.
The highest place went to the students of the 306th group of the faculty. Also the first place was taken by groups 307, 303, 205, the second by groups 106, 204, 308, the third by groups 302, 101, 203, 305.
The higher ranked team will participate in the next, institutional phase.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
