Based on the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of August 9, 2023 № 351 in accordance with paragraph 25 of the calendar plan of events of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute for 2023/2024 academic year at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science of NavSPI was held “championship on pilaf”. This dish is considered one of our very ancient national dishes. Students were familiarized not only with the process of cooking such types of national dish as Samarkand, Bukhara, Nurota plov, but also tested their knowledge of traditions, respect for Uzbek values, as well as judges assessed the skills of student chefs. “The concert program and interesting performances of talented performers of our faculty pleased the gathered. The jury evaluated the cleanliness of the environment of the boilers and ovens of the participants, the mode of operation, the composition of ingredients, their proper preparation, creativity and presentation of dishes, quality and performance, as well as awarded the winners and young people who took an active part. Today’s competition was not only to please the students, but also for all young people to test their culinary skills.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
