In order to promote nationality among students of the faculties of “physics-technology” and “Mathematics-informatics” NavHPI organized the event “National costumes”, “National sports”, “National dances”, “National song”, “National food”. At the beginning of the event, the teachers met with the Dean’s advisors on women’s issues S. Baranova and D. Kamalovy urged the students to respect national values, to strive to preserve our national identity. He noted a number of reforms that are being implemented in our country today in order to preserve our national values. After that, melodies reflecting our national traditions were played by the students. Stage performances were organized. “The noble goals before us – the great future of our country, our free and prosperous life, and what place Uzbekistan will occupy in the world community in the XXI century – depend on what kind of people our young generation will grow up to be. It is the main duty of our teachers to always be vigilant in educating the youth, as well as to instill our national values in their minds,” Kamalova said.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
