In Navoi State Pedagogical Institute a working group was created on the basis of the order of the Agency for Innovative Development dated September 8, 2023 № 168 “On organization of control over the effectiveness of students studying in postgraduate education” A meeting was held with the staff of the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Navoi region, the management of NavDPI, doctoral students and independent researchers.
During the on-site meeting, reasonable answers and solutions to problems and issues related to the period of study and defense processes were shown. Information about conditions and grants for advanced doctoral students and independent researchers abroad and exchange of experiences was presented. Discussion of thesis topics, levels of readiness for defense was organized and relevant suggestions were made.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
