On the initiative of the rector of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, the Department of “Clinical Sciences” was established in the Navoi branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Research Center for the organization of quality education for students.
Today, the rector of the university got acquainted with the practical course of the professors and teachers in the preventive treatment institutions of the Faculty of Medicine and the students’ participation in the classes, communicated with the students. Students were expected to become mature professionals in the future.
Necessary advice was given to the professors and teachers of the faculty to regularly work on themselves to educate young people, to raise the scientific potential of the faculty by conducting scientific research. Also, instructions were given on the organization of modern laboratory rooms that meet world standards, improvement of the material and technical base of the faculty, purchase of medical equipment and educational literature from abroad. In the future, it was noted that the “Pediatrics” department should be opened within this faculty. For information, today a total of 342 students study at the Faculty of Medicine (“Medical work” and “Pediatrics work”).
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
