Navoi State Pedagogical institute has the system that regularly monitors all applicants including female students, low-income family students, students with special needs in order to support them during their studies. Navoi State Pedagogical Institute follows an already existed policy of providing a number of benefits (https://lex.uz/uz/docs/-6056269) for women in terms of acceptance that introduced by government.

To guarantee that all NSPI female graduates find employment after graduation and in line with the government’s 2030 objective, NSPI provides programs aimed at stopping the gender gap in a range of Uzbek professions. Every NSPI program is different and offers our female students job options in fields where women are underrepresented, such engineering, retail management, insurance, supply chain, and the legal profession. Through the organizing of orientation sessions, seminars, workshops, and school visits, the university is making a lot of effort to entice female students to pursue these subjects. The fact that more individuals are participating in outreach and engineering programs and that there will be more female engineers in the future makes NSPI glad.

The Navoi State Pedagogical Institute has a system in place to monitor the graduation rates of women and men. For instance, at the conclusion of the academic year, faculty members from every program offered by the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute are required to submit yearly reports. Among the Program’s primary performance metrics are the rates of student completion and retention. Additionally, each college must update the registration reports that the deanship of admission and registration provides at the start of each semester in order to regularly monitor students’ progress and completion. It must also get in touch with those who have not registered for the current semester, look into the reasons behind it, and provide support and solutions to enable the applicants to advance in their academic careers.
