REGULATION on the procedure for admission to the magistracy of higher education institutions
2.This Provision establishes the procedure of admission of students to the Master's degree (hereinafter, the Magistrate) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and "On the National Program of Personnel Training" defines
This Statute does not apply to military education institutions.
1.Graduate admissions by higher education institutions According to the quotas accepted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or by the Cabinet of Ministers on the basis of state grants and payment-contract.
1. Admission to the Master's degree is carried out by the State Committee for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the State Commission) based on the results of the entrance examinations on the rating system of points scored.
Admission to a magistracy has a bachelor's degree or a diploma of qualification in the relevant education direction and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a list of recipients (Master's degree) on a competitive basis.
Persons who have a bachelor's or master's degree have the right to participate in a competition in one of the specialty fields listed in their respective educational areas.
Admission to a Master's degree is based on equal rights, on the basis of single admission rules and on the basis of single choice, and the highest right of admission applicants who have the highest scores on entrance exams will be provided. All other entrants have the right to be admitted within the billing contract quota.
The competition is held separately in each higher education institution in accordance with the Master's degree, language and form of education.
Entrance examinations are conducted in three languages: Karakalpak in Uzbek, Russian, and Karakalpakstan,
Master's degree of instruction is the acceptance criteria set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers
is approved by the ministries and agencies prior to the adoption of the relevant documents and is approved by the State Commission.
Applicants will submit a Master's degree entrance exam in a language of instruction at a higher education institution.
Admission to a Master's degree is carried out by the admission committee of the higher educational institution assigned for the current academic year in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Admissions Office of the Master ' the assistant secretary of the secretariat is appointed.
The winners of the state scholarships and state scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan receive master's degree in higher education institutions on the basis of non-competitive public grants

Procedure for Receiving Documents
A month before the commencement of the entrance exams to the Master's program, the admission committee admits the deadlines for admission to Master's Degree, the names of the specialties,

6 color photos in 3.5 x 4.5 sizes;

IV. Entrance examiner
General scores of entrance exams for master's degree are as follows:
At the entrance to the magistracy, special subjects will be tested, which will determine the level of knowledge in the chosen specialty (evaluation score is 0 to 150); the theory and practice of building a democratic society (assessment score is 50 to 50 points).
The overall rating or development index of the graduate of the higher education institution (defined in the range from 55 to 100 points, respectively).
The maximum (maximal) score for entering the magistracy is 300.
Entrants will submit written (or creative) access tests (special tests) on the following subjects: special subjects of education, corresponding to magistracy specialty; the theory and practice of building a democratic society.
Entrance tests (special tests) syllabus and evaluation criteria for the applicants are approved by the rector of the higher educational institution in coordination with the relevant ministries, departments and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and one month prior to entrance exams, applicants will be delivered.
The only program and evaluation criteria for the course of democratic society building theory and practice are approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and delivered to the relevant higher education institutions.
Entrance tests (special tests) August 3-10,
Until entry examinations (special tests), the admission committee of the higher education institution will conduct a trial study.

Chairpersons of the Commission on Science are approved by ministries and agencies, depending on the departmental affiliation of the higher education institution.
The Committee on Experimental Studies is comprised of highly qualified and experienced professors of higher education institutions.
