Supervision of spiritual and moral work in the faculties;
Supervise the implementation of the orders and instructions of the Ministry of Spiritual and Moral Affairs in the faculties;
Regularly participates in meetings on the appointment and dismissal of Deputy Deans for Youth Affairs with their recommendations;
Provides instructions and recommendations to the deans of faculties and heads of departments on issues of spiritual and moral education;
The vice-deans for youth affairs regularly report to the head of the department on the spiritual and educational work of the faculty;
Provides recommendations for the formation of spiritual and educational work, material and spiritual encouragement of professors and teachers of the department, faculty, departments, which set a good example.
