The Department of Music was established at the Faculty of Art History of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute in 1988, and the Department of Music was established in 1988 at the Faculty of Primary Education. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Music Education, Faculty of Arts. B.N.Umurzakov is in charge. The department has 2 professors, 3 associate professors, etc., 4 senior lecturers, 10 teachers, and the scientific potential of the department is 13%. In the 2021-2022 academic year, students are studying full-time and part-time Music Education, Instrumental Performance (by type), Vocal Arts (by type) in the bachelor’s degree.
