In order to fulfill the relevant tasks set by the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a three-stage selection process in the subjects of physics, biology, and chemistry was organized for graduating students of general education schools. In the first stage, students from 11 districts and cities of our region participated. Students who took 1st and 2nd places proceeded to the second round. The third round was the institute stage. Graduating students who won special places were admitted to higher education institutions without examination.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
