A memorandum of understanding was signed today between the Rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute Prof. Bahadyr Sobirov and the Rector of Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute Prof. Bahadyr Ma’murov.
In the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties agreed to jointly conduct scientific research in the two higher educational institutions, exchange of scientific researchers and staff within the framework of programs, organization of joint events of representatives of science, education and practitioners, informing the second party about the scientific event organized in the higher educational institutions and inviting them to participate.
The law about “The State Emblem” was approved by the 10-th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 2, 1992.
The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
