A seminar on cooperation and scientific-innovative work was held between St. Petersburg State University and Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. Vice-rector for scientific work and innovations I.Nasriddinov, deans of faculties R.Karshiev and D.Shamsiyeva, heads of departments N.Olimova, A.Aminova, A.Kandakharov, F.Jumayeva, associate professor A.Rakhmonova and a senior teacher M. Oripova participated in the seminar which was organized in online format. The meeting also touched upon international grants and projects, additional agreements on history teaching methods, Russian language sciences.

The law about “The State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted on November 18 in 1991 in the 8th session of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan.
